Silver Flame
Silver Flame are a young female rapper team based in the southwest of England, who made their first appearance at DERT 2004 in Bath only a few weeks after forming a team, and have been at every DERT since, with a series of good results in the Open Class arising to a large extent from their ability to generate “buzz factor.”
They have a eyecatching kit, with Doc Marten boots forming a distinctive and unique feature – presumably they had decided on this aspect of their kit before realising how difficult it would make rapper stepping! This kit has been a cornerstone of the much acclaimed routine by their Tommy, Rose.
